Benson Ag Land Realty, LLC of Julesburg would like to present Kylie Baker, as it's newest licensed real estate broker and is ready to serve your real estate needs.  Kylie completed her real estate training through The Real Estate Training Center of Lakewood passing the Colorado State exam in November 2004.

The 168- hour course was completed over a period of three months and included training in residential, agriculture, commercial and condominium properties.

Kylie was born and raised in Julesburg growing up around agriculture.  She is a 1997 graduate of Julesburg High School and the daughter of Ted and Patty Carter.  She attended University of Nebraska at Kearney, earning an associated degree in Liberal arts and a paralegal degree from the University of Southern Colorado.  Kylie has three children of her own, Tyler, Trystan and Conner.

Prior to beginning work the Benson Ag Land, Kylie was employed by the FSA office.  She has been with Benson's since February 2004.  Mike Benson invites everyone to stop by their office located at 200 W. Fourth Street and meet Kylie.
